Perfectly Imperfect! Tuck and Francesca were characters that I loved meeting and seeing how they evolved together.

These are unique characters that are at a cross roads when they meet each other. Both bring enough baggage to the table that they shouldn’t work together, but they do! Add in the family is who you chose secondary cast and this is another winner from Ms Madden- Mills.

Princess and the Player is a complete stand alone, but there will be names referenced that loyal Mills fans will recognize. I am also very curious about some of the secondary characters here and hope that they will pop up in future stories.

We’ve known the McAllister sisters for a while now, as we met them in the original Cloverleaf series. In this book, we get to know Millie, the oldest. She’s paired with Zach a somewhat unexpected encounter that follows her home.

I enjoyed getting to know Millie and Zach, both are interesting characters who have definite directions they think their lives should go. It was entertaining to see them, navigate their different paths along with their attraction to each other.

I’m normally not a huge fan of the large age gap stories, but Ms. Harlow did an excellent job making it work here. There are a couple of complicating factors for Millie and Zach and I appreciated seeing them work through them.

If you are a fan of Miss Harlow’s work, you will enjoy seeing multiple cameos from other Cloverleaf stars in the secondary cast, there is even some crossover from characters with another author, whose work you may know. Those add just a smidge of extra fun to this already great read.

This was a sweet read that I picked up for free and I am so glad I did!
Elias and Cammi are a fun friends to lovers story. It was fun to see them transition from circling around each other to actually exploring their chemistry.
This is book 2 in a series, but it seems to be even more connected than that- the community of Diamond Creek appears to have hosted its fair share of stories based on the couples that appear here in secondary roles. Don’t worry though, this definitely works as a stand alone! It does make me curious about author Croix’s back list though!
