Oh wow- Ms Scott has done it again!
The Muse follows demon Ambri as he attempts to wiggle his way out of the fall out from actually helping someone else. This brings him into the life of Cole.
What follows focuses on the power of love to redeem us and what’s really important.
Ms Scott employs the journey of Cole and Ambri to delve into the emotional demons that threaten each of us as we strive for fulfillment and happiness.
This is a powerful, well written story that pulls the reader in and doesn’t let go to the very last page. Both Cole and Ambri are interesting characters that had me rooting for them to find the ultimate success and a happily ever after.
The Muse is a standalone read that closely follows the events in The Sinner. As these books are related, having read The Sinner will add to the enjoyment and experience here.
