What are you working on now?

A holiday anthology

Do you get to write full time or do you also have a “day” job?

I’m a stay-at-home mom, but also work part time as an R.N.

Favorite part of being an author?

Being able to travel the world and experience things via my characters that I don’t have the chance to experience in reality.

Scariest part of being an author?

Letting the world see inside of your soul. When I write, I pour everything out and it’s difficult knowing not everyone will love the things you do.

Who are your favorites to read? 

I’ll always loved the classics. Anything by the late Sidney Sheldon and Stephen King. I also have a deep respect and craving for anything penned by an Indie author. So much work goes into writing, publishing, marketing… The books I’ve read have been brilliant and the work put into them shows.

If you could have one super power, what would it be? 

Flying! I’d love to soar over the ocean.

One piece of advice to an aspiring writer?

It’s becoming clichéd, but my advice is write for you—write what you would like to read.
