I have to admit, I went into Wicked Ride with no idea what to expect. Well, that's not true, it's the 4th book in a very sexy series. I knew there would be lots of steamy sexy time - in terms of the actual story, no idea.
From meeting Logan in the prior books, I didn't have a good feel for his character. The blurb for the book also had me intrigued. Ms Bennet knocked it out of the park. Logan and Auralie are both well written, complex characters that are interesting to get to know. The plot of the story is complex with several twists that you wouldn't expect. If you have enjoyed the other books in the Wicked Horse series, then Wicked Ride will be right up there with the others. If you are new to the series, I wouldn't suggest starting here. Technically, this is a stand alone book, but I think reading at least one of the other books would be helpful to have more of the back story.
