Erin and Warren had a steamy summer together when they were nineteen. At the end of the summer, she went to New York and he went to the Marines. They have never really gotten over each other and have continued the occasional hook up when they are in the same place. 6 years later, they reconnect for a steamy night at Christmas time. Due to the length of His to Take, we don't get to know Erin or Warren very well. Their time together is fun and well written, I just wish there was more of it. The one night we see of Warren and Erin's time together is combustible and the connection they have seems so real. It is easy to understand Erin's fears. I would enjoy getting to see what their story looks like down the road, past the initial re-connection.
