I am so glad to be back with the Arizona Vengeance!
In this installment, we get to spend time with right winger Jett and Emory (a new employee in charge of the team’s social media)
Ms Bennett did an excellent job of crafting this friends to lovers story. It was so sweet to see Jett and Emory (along with her daughter and sister) slip into this budding relationship that semi surprised both of them as it went along.
This is a book that also did some heavy lifting in terms of Vengeance world building. Select secondary characters made larger appearance in preparation for them to have books soon (hopefully). It speaks to the author’s attention to detail that this world building felt organic to the story and didn’t detract from the Jett/Emory storyline.
I really enjoyed this book and can’t wait to see what happens next for this team!
