The Secret to Dating Your Best Friend's Sister ~ Meghan Quinn ~ New Release and Review

How do you date your best friend's sister? Easy. Step one: Pretend you want her to set you up with someone else. That will bring the two of you closer. Step two: Go on date with lots of random women, proceed to get stupid drunk and talk about your best friend's sister, thus gaining the courage to finally make a move. Step three: Randomly show up at her apartment and confess your love. Women love that, right? It all seemed so simple. A fool-proof three step process that will guarantee the love of you life to fall madly in love with you. At least--that's what I thought was going to happen. This was a really fun twist in a classic trope!
Bram and Julia have known each other since they were both students at Yale - he a senior and fraternity brother to her older brother and she a sophomore.
I really enjoyed the fact that the highly successful and self made Bram was the one who had been nursing an unrequited crush on the slightly nerdy Julia for nearly 10 years. What made things even more fun was the fact that his fear or rejection led him to some pretty drastic measures to try and get her attention.
This was well written with a small, but very entertaining cast (both primary and secondary). There are lots of romantic moments, both big and small, sexy time, humor, friendship, and low angst. These were characters that were incredibly easy to like and root for. As I got to know everyone, I really wanted to see things work out for them and would love to see stories about secondary characters in the future.
