This book is part of a series where each romantic entanglement is polyamorous- this installment pushes boundaries a bit and features a trio of hunky hockey players looking to team up off the ice in pursuing one woman.
Briar, Hollis, Rhys, and Gavin are all part of the same social circle when life starts throwing them together in more situations and the sparks start flying.
While this book has three gentlemen going often the same girl, there is no conflict here. They all seem to be seeking the same goal - her happiness. This book is pure entertainment, with a surprising emotional element. Those emotional growth pieces for Briar and each of the guys is what pulled me in and kept me engaged.
I have to admit that as much as I enjoy Ms Blakely and her spicy stories, I struggled a little with this one. Not because I didn’t enjoy the characters or the message, but because I kept thinking about what would happen next as they move forward in time…
