This is the third book in the Time River series focusing on three cousins - this time, we get to spend time with Sheriff Ezra as he meets a the newcomer to town,Savannah.
These two each carry baggage related to trust and the past. Seeing the instant connection between them pulls the reader in and has you on the edge of your seat as you wait to see what will happen next.
Written in Ms Jackson’s classic style, the emotional elements of the story radiate off the kindle screen and it really feels like we are with Ezra and Savannah as they get to know each other and deal with the threats that loom over them.
Add in an excellent secondary cast (from the first two books in the series) and Ezra’s too cute for words kids and this is a winner of a book.
