A Little Taste was a book that left me frustrated..... Not with the book itself, but with life getting in the way of reading the book.
Britt Bailey returns to her home town at the request of her grandmother to help with a criminal case where she runs into Sherriff Aiden Stone. What follows..... Feuding families, intrigue, and chemistry off the charts mixed in with a cute little boy and a great dog.
I enjoyed getting to know Britt, Aiden, and the surrounding cast of characters in the town. Ms Louise did a fantastic job of world building without overwhelming the story between Britt and Aiden. I also appreciated that the conflict played off of both Aiden's person history and well and the long standing conflict between the Bailey and Stone families.
After getting to meet the extended cast of chacters I am looking forward to seeing what may happen with the remaining Stone brothers, Britt's friends, and the town of Eureka.
