Accidental Attachment by Max Monroe ~ New Release & Review

WHAT IS ACCIDENTAL ATTACHMENT ALL ABOUT? GREAT QUESTION!
❤️Forbidden, Workplace Romance that blurs the personal/professional lines
 ❤️Secret Crush
 😂Hilarious standalone Romantic Comedy
 🔥Charming, irresistible, suit-wearing hero
 🔥Forced Proximity
 👙Explosive Slow-Burn
 ❤️Friends to Lovers
🔥Fire heroine—Adorably awkward, Vasovagal Syncope warrior with a lovable service dog named Benji!

A successful writer accidentally sends her (super dreamy) editor the wrong manuscript. Instead of the full-length novel she promised her publisher, she sends her editor the romance fan-fiction she’s written about her crush…on him.

And the publisher decides to publish it.

Will Brooke Baker survive two months of working on revisions and edits with the very man she envisioned while writing the hottest sex she’s ever heard of? Or will the constant white lies and overwhelming attraction make her spontaneously combust?

This is a book that took me a while to read, not because the book wasn’t enjoyable, but because life just got in the way.

Accidental Attachment is a slow burn book! Brooke and Chase are entertaining characters that it was fun to get to know. Both were relatable in their quirks, even if there was occasionally some second hand embarrassment. The secondary cast is fairly small, but great and helpful too. I especially loved Benji and how he helped Brooke through her daily adventures.

My one complaint, and it’s more of personal preference, is that there were several items that were a bit repetitive. They worked in the sense that they deepened the bond between Brooke and Chase.
At the end of the day, I was happy with year Brooke and Chase ended up and am curious about what happens to Sammy!
